  • Public Liability - our hotel insurance package comes with standard cover for public liability insurance and product liability insurance of £2 million which can be increased if required. 
  • Employers' Liability - we can provide cover for up to £10 million under our hotel insurance policies. Under UK employment law it is a legal requirement to hold employers' liability insurance if you have any employees.
  • Business Interruption - our package comes with this cover as standard to ensure that your business is protected; as specialists we know that over 80% of businesses go bankrupt after a serious fire if they are not properly covered.
  • Buildings Cover - we can provide buildings cover at the level you require, which can also be extended to cover any damage caused by subsidence.
  • Contents Cover - we can tailor levels of cover to meet your specific hotel insurance requirements.  Contents cover can extend to provide cover for the loss or damage to electronic equipment, tenants improvements as well as fixed and removable items within your hotel.
  • Money & Assault Cover - we provide various levels of cover for money handled by you and your staff in the course of your business as well as any injuries sustained following assault, robbery or attempted robbery whilst operating your hotel business.  This isn't just limited to within your premises but extends to cover monies kept at home overnight as well as on your person whilst on your way to the bank.
  • Loss of Licence - as a respectable hotel business you may do your upmost to ensure that you operate within the licensing laws but may still loose your licence allowing you to retail alcohol.  We provide standard cover for any loss in income and reduction in the value of your business following the loss of licence, in qualifying circumstances up to £100,000.
  • Theft by Employees - the standard theft cover available on our hotel insurance package only provides cover for theft involving forcible or violent entry to your premises.  We can add cover to protect you against employee dishonesty.
